Projects include single family custom homes, multi-family residential construction, motels, restaurants, offices, commercial shell and tenant improvements, seismic/energy/ADA retrofits, and school modernizations.

Gene worked as a deputized certified combination building inspector and performed hundreds of residential and commercial combination inspections.
